Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 10 days of delivery except clearance/vintage items and earrings, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.  PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE/VINTAGE ITEMS AND EARRINGS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items and earrings.  The customer is responsible for the costs of all returns.

Once your return is checked into inventory, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes. You will have to pay extra for shipping.  Fragile items will also need to be insured, which will increase the cost of shipping.

 

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.

 

How do I track my order?

There is a $2.00 USD tracking cost on purchases.  Let us know if you would like your item to be tracked.

What are your delivery options?

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service.

USA Shipping Method: Standard at $7.00 - Small Flat Rate, delivered 7-10 days

Larger Packages with be determined by weight.

​How do I take care of my jewelry?

Care for Handcrafted Works: each should be handled gently, not recommended to wear while swimming or bathing.  To clean, use soft cloth, we do not recommend cleaning with any chemicals.

Why 50% non-refundable down payment for custom work?

The 50% down payment covers the purchase of materials and planning of the commissioned work(s).  Also, it will guarantee the seriousness of the custom order.  This cost does not cover shipping expense.

All items in Sale, Curiosities and Vintage are considered clearance,  All of these item purchases are Final and Non-Returnable / Refundable.
